Explore Silverlake Ramen

Located at 3775 Tyler St, Riverside, CA, Silverlake Ramen offers a lively dining experience that's perfect for those craving a delicious bowl of ramen. Whether you're just finishing up a round of mini golf or out for a casual night with friends, the restaurant delivers a warm ambiance with a contemporary twist. The inside is well-lit, and you’ll often hear the satisfying sounds of people slurping their noodles, adding to the fun atmosphere. Depending on the time you arrive, there may be a bit of a wait, especially on a busy Saturday evening, but the staff is quick to respond and welcoming once seated.

Silverlake Ramen is known for its flavorful and well-crafted dishes, offering a wide variety of options for both seasoned ramen lovers and newcomers alike. The ramen bowls, like the spicy veggie ramen, stand out for their fresh ingredients. The broth is not too heavy and perfectly complements the assortment of vegetables, providing a balanced, satisfying meal. If you're seeking something with a bit more heat, the Shoyu On Fire with crispy chicken karaage is a standout dish. Many patrons also rave about the grilled gyoza, which pairs well with any of the ramen options.

While the Tsukemen ramen is an interesting twist with its separate noodles and broth, some find it a little too salty after several spoonfuls of the broth, and it can cool down faster than the traditional ramen served in a single bowl. On the other hand, the restaurant’s variety of appetizers, such as tuna rice, may not be as universally loved, with some guests suggesting that the fried rice texture could be improved. However, the ramen is definitely the star of the show, and the service is friendly, making it a place worth returning to.

After a game of mini golf, friends and I grabbed ramen in the evening. We had to wait for a little while on a Saturday evening to be seated. Service was still kind, immediate once we followed up after waiting perhaps a bit longer than needed. The ambiance inside was well lit, and there were plenty of slurping of noodles. The combination of meals offered are blessed. There is a window to view how the meals are prepared. You may see a flame erupt every now and then. I got a spicy veggie ramen. I really appreciate the variety of veggies used, and the soup was not heavy! It all paired well. God bless you all.

Regular bowl curry with karaage chicken was delicious, but I do wish it was hot (warmer than what I got). The staff was very friendly. My son had the Blaze, a very spicy ramen. My son loves spicy hot ramen, and he was sweatin'.

My family and I eat here all the time. The ramen flavor from this shop is definitely unmatched compared to any other place we’ve tried. Everything on the menu is freshly prepared and delicious. Service is always great accompanied with a smile and excellent customer service. Atmosphere is clean and welcoming with limited seating. It’s always more convenient for us to order pick-up rather than having to scout for seating. Overall, great place to eat and we shall be returning customers for life. Thank you!

This was actually my first time in a Ramen restaurant. The food was AMAZING! The waitstaff made ordering very easy. Very helpful and suggestive. DEFINITELY a type of restaurant added to my frequent-to-visit list.

I went to school in Japan and worked there for a while but I think this is the best ramen I ever had. I was shocked by how good it was. We will be coming back for sure! The broth of the ramen especially was absolutely amazing. The karage is also some of the best I've had outside of Japan. Excellent.

There was no wait time on a Saturday late evening, luckily, so I was seated quickly. Ordered the Shoyu On Fire with Crispy Chicken Kaarage & Grilled Gyoza The appetizers were plated first, then not long after the ramen came after there were not much waiting around. The flavors for my spicy ramen were delicious. The broth is very flavorful with its ingredients. I suggest ordering two eggs. One egg isn't enough for satisfaction. Must try everything I said except for gyozas. Those are just ordered for my partner who doesn't care to order something new, lol, but it's still good. I'm just saying if you want to try something new. The second time going I ordered Tsukemen ramen & Shoyu fire I realized they only give you half an egg with your order and will give you a full egg. When you order an extra egg why not give a complete egg ? is there no profit in giving a complete egg ? Anyways the Tsukemen ramen was a little too salty for me after drinking the soup broth a couple times & it does get cold a lot faster than the ramen that's all in its bowl because the tsukemen ramen is separate with noodles and soup broth aren't in the same bowl as the other ramen bowls. Also I don't recommend the tuna rice appetizers the fried rice is very hard the texture is not pleasant at all not worth getting.

The shoyu on fire is the best. Have tried the chicken version at different levels of spiciness and it’s always so delicious. The veggie ramen is good but the flavors are very subtle and would probably be better had I added some spice. Overall some of the best ramen I’ve had in the area.

I love silverlake ramen, so was really happy about their new venue in riverside area. I ordered the blaze shoyu, it was very good, I like the noodles l, thin noodles are the best. I also like that they have combos for apps and ramen for $20. The gyoza was so plump and juicy, we had to order another one on top of the ones that came with out combos.
